• In London, we offer free pick-up services at SE10 0DX; 15£ door 2 door delivery services within a 5-mile radius of SE10; 30£ door 2 door delivery to everywhere else in central London. If you have special requests on your flower delivery, please let us know via Contact. We will work with you for the best results. 

• You are kindly suggested to pre-order your bouquets 3-5 days in advance to avoid disappointment. Next day/ Same day delivery is available with a limited stock. Drop us an email if you need a bouquet right away:)

• We take orders from Monday to Sunday 10:00-22:00 but there is a chance that we are unable to accept your orders for specific reasons. Your orders will be confirmed within 24 hours via email. 

• Next Day Flower Delivery UK nationwide: Please give us at least 5 days notice via Contact before the delivery date. Some products eg. Floral Cakes are not eligible to be posted.

• Please check all delivery and shipping details are correct, we will not be responsible for any delays with delivery due to incorrect/invalid information. 

• If the flowers are failed to deliver and there is no safe place to leave the flowers, the package will return to the depot and the sender will be contacted. Under no circumstances are we liable for any additional costs for re-delivery.
