To get the most out of your Coucou Flora experience, here are answers to some of the most common questions we get from you:
Where do we deliver flowers to?
In London, we offer free pick-up at SE10 0DX, £15 door-to-door delivery within a 5-mile radius of SE10, and £30 delivery to other locations across central London.
For deliveries outside our standard zone, such as nationwide postal service, or any special requests, please contact us via the Enquiries page. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request and ensure your flowers arrive beautifully.
How often and how long does the shipping take?
We take orders from Monday to Sunday but there is a chance that we are unable to accept your orders due to limited stock.
We take same-day orders but advance bookings for future dates are also available and recommended, particularly for time-sensitive or large orders. Your orders will be confirmed within 24 hours via emails.
How do I take care of flowers I ordered?
For your delicate bouquets: Gently unwrap. Fill your vase with at least 4 cups of room temperature water and mix in that cute little packet of flower food that comes with your bouquet. Cut the stems diagonally under running water. Cut them at least 1 inch from the bottom (depending on your vase size) - the diagonal cut ensures they get enough water. Remove any leaves below the water line - this keeps the water cleaner and the flowers looking pretty). Add fresh water daily, or every other day. Change out the water on Day 3 or if it becomes cloudy or murky. Remove older petals as needed to keep it looking beautiful!
For other floral designs if you want them to last longer, please do not hesitate to contact us. The flower-care methodologies depends on what it is.
Why do you only have limited stock? Why don't you accept my orders?
Floral design is incredibly labour-intensive - same-day flower shopping is necessary for keeping flower fresh, and many of our designs often take hours to make. Due to being a small business and the nature of how we buy flowers, there’s a limit to what can be done with so many orders in a day. However, each of our bouquet and floral design is made especially for you, with so much love from Coucou. We will try everything we can to worth you waiting.
Do you do Occasion / Event / Wedding arragement?
Yes! We would love to help design florals for your special days with bespoke service. Check out our weddings & events work and please let us hear about your ideas or enquiries at least a week before the event, for the better work.
